Option 1: Using a Modal Popup

You can embed a survey URL in a web page. The nicest way to do this is to use a modal popup -- don't know what that is? No worries, ask your webmaster -- they'll know!

Option 2: IFRAME Embedding

If for some reason your webmaster can't implement a modal popup, you can still embed your survey into a web page on your site using what is called an IFRAME -- your webmaster will definitely know what that is.

Here's an example of how it looks:

After you login to your account, you will want to start by creating a new survey.

A survey has three integral elements, each of which must exist:

  • A survey name
  • At least one "Question Group" - a question group is a collection of related questions (similar to the idea of a "section" on your survey)
  • At least one question -- although likely your survey will have many questions, likely presented within more than one group

Optional elements to a new survey include:

  • Applicable answers to each question
  • Modifiable labels (known as label sets)
  • Conditions that determine whether a question should be asked

The following walks you through the basic steps to create a survey.
