Challenge: Does your survey target two different target audiences, but you'd like to have just one survey, and someone segregate the results?
One way would be to ask each responder to indicate which group they belong to, but perhaps this would create a response bias -- if the responder knew they were being identified by customer type (ie has had a complaint against us, hasn't had a complain against us).
Solution: To solve this problem, take advantage of participant lists and tokens and add an additional "group" column to the token data which is prefilled. If the survey is not anonymous you can export token data and answer data into one file so you can see which group the person belongs to.
Or much easier: Set the survey to not show the back button and ask the group question at the end.
