How do I take remove the "Check all that apply" option that appears after each question in the survey?
Check all that apply
is used on multiple-choice type questions. If you only want
one response (and thus want to hide that message), you should
use the question type Radio (which allows only one response).
You can disable the question tip for any question
under the Advanced settings panel on each question:
