If you copy and paste text from some 3rd party applications, like MS Word, your clipboard might copy over markup that will add styles to your text that you may not want to see.
To correct this, we recommend you paste your text into the editor window, and then select all your text, and then click the Remove format icon in the editor to remove all the markup:
After you have clicked the button, you can proceed to add back desired formatting, like bold and italics, using the editor buttons.
