Hide the numbers that appear above the slider in Multiple Numeric input question type
If you are on the SOHO or any Enterprise plan, you can create a custom template and apply an override to hide the numeric indicator that appears above the slider.
Create a copy of your template if you haven't already, and then at the very end of the template.css file, add these lines:
.tooltip-inner
{display: none;}
.tooltip-arrow {display: none;}
Save your changes and then preview your question.
Note: this will apply globally across any survey that references your custom template, where Multiple Numeric input is set to use the slider mode.
