By default, mandatory questions like radio, checkbox, and array will have a "No Answer" option. 

If you want to make mandatory questions not include the "No Answer" option, do the following:

1. Edit your survey

2. On top left of the page, click Settings

3. Scroll down to Presentation and click it

4. You'll see an option for Show No Answer -- set it to Off and then save the page.
