Cannot access survey a second time
If your survey has "Set cookie to prevent repeated participation" enabled, you might find that you cannot complete the survey a second time, even if you deactivate and reactivate the survey.

In your web browser settings, you need to find the setting to delete cookies. 

If you are using Internet Explorer, here's a guide on how to delete cookies: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17442/windows-internet-explorer-delete-manage-cookies -- if you are using another web browser, search for instructions on how to delete cookies -- usually you can do this on a per-domain basis so you can delete the cookies just for the domain of your survey (like hostedincanadasurveys.ca or your white label survey domain).

.Alternatively, you could toggle "Set cookie to prevent repeated participation" to Off for your survey.
