What are your support hours?
We offer ticket based support 7/24. From Monday to Friday, tickets are responded to within a few hours during the time from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We will endeavour to reply to tickets between 5pm and 9pm EST Monday to Friday, but please understand if we cannot reply until the following day.

On weekends, we will endeavour to reply to support tickets within 8 hours.
