We've just purchased a subscription. What is the URL so that we can log in and start creating surveys?
When you sign up for an account, we quickly review your billing details and subscription add-ons to ensure there are no errors. Usually, accounts are provisioned within 30 minutes of paying for your subscription.
In some cases, we may reach out to you to clarify requirements like white label domains or SSL configuration, prior to activating your account.
