When you sign up for an account with us, you need to wait a little while for us to provision your account. It's a good excuse to stand up, grab and cup of coffee, or maybe sneak outside for a little bit of fresh air (that can't hurt, can it?)

Accounts are provisioned between 9am and 5pm EST Monday to Friday. On weekends we work, but we might also be off getting a bit of fresh air too. We know your survey is important, and rest assured we're working on getting your account set up. Typically, accounts are provisioned with 2 to 4 hours of your request.

If you've requested SSL or white label, we'll reach out to you for more details before we complete your account setup, so things take a little longer if this applies to you.
