Hiatus lets you suspend your account for up to 12 months, during which time your subscription is suspended and you will not be charged for the service.

If you do not renew your account by the one year calendar anniversary of the date the account is placed into hiatus, your account will be terminated and become irrecoverable.

We strongly recommend you export an archive of your survey(s) to keep your own backups.
