You can generate a printable PDF version of your survey by following these steps:

1. Go to your survey summary page

2. Under Display/Export select queXML PDF Export

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the button queXML PDF export

4. You'll be prompted to open or download a ZIP file -- it's up to you which you select.

5. If you Open, or save and then open the ZIP file, you will find a PDF file -- extract this file

6. Open the PDF file to see a printable version of your survey
