We recommend to always use an Expiry Date under Publication and access control instead of deactivating a survey. If you deactivated your survey accidentally it is important that you don't change anything in the survey.
Then, and only then, the following steps will work:
- Activate your survey again
- From the Survey Summary page, select the menu option Responses->Responses and statistics
- Select the Import menu item in the top menu bar
- Select Import answers from a deactivated survey table
- Choose your source table.
- Click the "Import" button at top right of the page
