How can I restore data from a deactivated survey?

We recommend to always use an Expiry Date under Publication and access control instead of deactivating a survey. If you deactivated your survey accidentally it is important that you don't change anything in the survey.

Then, and only then, the following steps will work:

  1. Activate your survey again
  2. From the Survey Summary page, select the menu option Responses->Responses and statistics
  3. Select the Import menu item in the top menu bar
  4. Select Import answers from a deactivated survey table
  5. Choose your source table.
  6. Click the "Import" button at top right of the page
