After you've logged in, you can click your username at the top right to access the "Your Account" page. From this page, you can:

1. Change your email address
2. Reset your password

3. Change some personal settings associated with your account.

A common personal setting to change is the HTML Editor model from inline to Popup HTML Editor. This is useful if you plan to put any special coding in your question or answer text.
