White Label Domain Setup
Purchasing a white label add-on allows you to map your own domain to your survey account. Without a white label domain, your survey account will be made available to the internet using an address like SomethingYouChose@hostedincanadasurveys.ca

By white labeling, you replace the link above with an address of your own choice. For example, let's say your main domain is www.example.com -- you could use the white label survey.example.com to point to your survey account, thereby adding your brand to your survey.

To make this work, you must have the ability to add "A" records to your domain. The A-record allows you to point something like survey.example.com to our service, and once configured correctly, your survey account will load using your new white labeled domain.

When you subscribed, you may have chosen the white label add-on. We will have set up our infrastructure to respond to this domain. To complete the process though, you must update your domain to add the A-Record and point it to the IP address our technical support team will have sent you shortly after you subscribed.

The following are links to some popular domain providers and their guidance on how to add an A record (subdomain) to your domain. If you need further assistance (or if you have an IT department who manages your domain), you should contact them and share this article and the IP address they provided you with.
