3-a. Sending invitations - Editting e-Mail Templates
Editing e-mail templates

To get started, you may want to review the default e-mail template. Click Survey Properties and select Email Templates. The screen now shows the template for the invitation e-mail, the tabs at the top allow you to edit the templates for the other e-mails that can be send automatically. The two tabs you'll want to focus on are Invitation and Reminder:

Each email is comprised of the following elements:

1) Email subject: The subject of your email message
2) Email body: The text you want to send your participants. You can use a variety of Placeholders to personalize your survey. They are listed in the table below. You can also use the blue + sign in the Editor to select some fields.
3) Actions: Validate expressions lets you preview the email and check any Placeholders used in the email, Reset this template will just restore the template to the default text.
4) Invitation attachments: Allows you to add files to be sent with your invitation email. This can reduce your deliverability rates though, so use with caution.
