6. Before you can Send Invitations - Creating Tokens
Each participant must have a
token associated with their participant record before the system will include them in invitation mailings.
You can import this token as part of your CSV import, but the more common approach is to have the system generate random tokens.
This is easily done by clicking the Generate Tokens button in the Participants manager:
When you click this button, you'll be asked to confirm Note that tokens are only generated for participants who do not currently have a token (it will not replace existing tokens).
