Once you've created a survey, the Survey Toolbar will be displayed. Hover your mouse over each icon to see and select sub-menu options.

Now, here's the trick to adding questions... At the right end of the Survey Toolbar, you'll see a dropdown just like this:

In order to create any questions, your survey must contain at least one Question Group. Click on the Add new question group icon to create a Question Group.

Your survey may contain any number of question groups and can help you manage large surveys by categorizing your questions -- into groups!

A question group contains a title and a description.

Once you create your first question group, you'll be able to start adding questions.
