The demo account is reset on a weekly basis, and is shared with many other folks just like you who are evaulating the software. Be aware that your work may be deleted by others, so don't use the demo account to try to run a live survey!

The OneRate Plan!

Remember that each one of our packages includes a full-featured version of LimeSurvey -- you have the ability to export to SPSS, implement advanced-branching logic, unlimited questions, unlimited responses, control over whether to generate single or multi-page surveys, implement tokens to allow only authorized people to complete your survey. Every feature available in LimeSurvey is open to you (except ability to add new surveys -- add additional surveys to your account at our OneRate Plan of $18.95/survey).The LimeSurvey opensource community support forum is very active, and you can get all sorts of help through that medium, so to save you money, the base plan does not include a monthly support plan.

• Your account includes 100 megs of disk space. The survey software requires about 65 megs. If your surveys use more than the remaining 35 megs of space, you can buy 10 meg blocks of disk space for only $5/month.

One Time Setup Fee and No Contracts!

There will be a one-time setup fee of $80 to set up your account, and you will not be required to sign up for any long-term contract. You are just billed monthly until you request to cancel your account.

The Monthly Fee Covers...

The monthly fee covers the cost of storing your survey structure and data, and remains in effect for as long as you wish to access your survey and data online. It also covers simple support issues, provided by email.

That is, you pay our low fee from the date you starting using the system to build your survey, through the data collection period (when your survey is live) and for as long as you opt to store response data in order to run online analysis.

Once you are ready to delete the survey and responses and no longer wish to use the system, you should contact us to cancel your survey (note you can export data and the survey structure for later use).

FREE Hiatus

As of March 2011, we now offer a free Hiatus Plan. When you aren't running any surveys your account goes dormant, and when you wish to start a new survey, you don't have to pay the $80 setup fee.

Monthly Support Plans

If you'd like the comfort of a helping hand, you can purchase a support plan. You can purchase support in hourly segments of $80/hr. Minimum billing per incident is 15 minutes.
