When you click on the Sign Up Today button at left, this is what will happen:
you will be redirected to the MarketAccess secure billing system- indicate the sub-domain you wish to host your survey at
- you will then select the package you wish to subscribe to
- you complete your online payment
- you will be emailed an confirmation by email that your payment has been received
- your survey account will be installed and configured by one of our technicians -- usually this occurs within a few hours of account request
- you will receive a personal email with instructions on where to log in to start building your survey
The Monthly Fee Covers...
The monthly fee covers the cost of storing your survey structure and data, and remains in effect for as long as you wish to access your survey and data online. It also covers simple support issues, provided by email.
That is, you pay our low fee from the date you starting using the system to build your survey, through the data collection period (when your survey is live) and for as long as you opt to store response data in order to run online analysis.
Once you are ready to delete the survey and responses and no longer wish to use the system, you should contact us to cancel your survey (note you can export data and the survey structure for later use).
